Off the Beaten Track

Just the sight of a tour-bus or ocean-liner bringing thousands of tourists into Alaska sends me running for refuge in the quiet corners of the wilderness! It's here that I can breathe again, re-connect with old friends, center myself and prepare for life in the big city. Even though I can't always live in the wilderness, it's sure nice to be able to escape to it when I need to!
